Years ago, I wrote an article about compassionate leadership in the workplace. It received a so-so reception. Today, Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks, is recommending compassionate capitalism! Interesting, right? Compassion is lacking in all areas of our lives, and it's important to understand our respective cultural upbringing and backgrounds, so that we can foster understanding; and thereby, increase the bottom line!
